Dr. Ann Kurtz MD is a family medicine physician who has been a hospice medical director for over 8 years. A firm believer in the great benefit hospice can bring to the whole family in end of life, she is glad to be a part of Apple Orchard Hospice. She spends her off time with her husband, four children, and garden.
